To begin, reach out via email to info@thefairydogmother.ca to arrange a complimentary meet and greet with the fairy dogmother. During this meeting, we will create a profile for you in our software system. From that point forward, you can conveniently handle all appointment bookings, receive post-walk report cards (complete with GPS tracking), and manage invoicing online through our software system called Pet Pocketbook, provided by the fairy dog mother.

Existing Clients

If you are already a valued client of the fairy dogmother, simply log into your Pet Pocketbook account to select the 1 hour appointment arrival window in Pet Pocketbook. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment request within 24 hrs.

Dog walking schedules are created and finely tuned on Sunday for the upcoming week by the fairy dog mother.

We ask that clients put their request in by Sunday at noon. Last minute bookings are not guaranteed; however, we will do everything we can to try to accommodate you, just like The Fairy Dogmother would.

New Clients:

If you're new to our dog walking services at the Fairy Dogmother, we invite you to reach out to us to set up a complimentary meet and greet. You can easily do this by sending an email to info@thefairydogmother.ca or by calling us at 877-FDM-WALK (877-336-9255). During the meet and greet, we’ll be delighted to create a client file for you on Pet Pocketbook to facilitate future scheduling with the Fairy Dog Mother.
